This includes conducting interviews, discussions with stakeholders to learn about user needs and preferences on what can be improved with new software.

This stage also includes development of basic protypes and discussions with internal IT teams to discover platform preferences and to learn about existing architecture.

Our architects and senior developers will work with you to commence preparing environments, platforms and architecture in readiness for the development and build stages.

This includes discussions on architecture (internal and external), required integrations, platform hosting, security assessments, licensing impacts as well as ongoing potential costs for new software development.

This stage is critical to ensure that the project is documented and detailed with design approved by business stakeholders, in anticipation for a successful development and solution build.

During the development and build stage our team will leverage the preferred methodology of rapid agile development, to commence the software build.

This may involve several sprints and iterations with regular showcases to stakeholders, for feedback and confidence that that the platform is meeting the business requirements.

The build stage includes packing and planning deployment for release as well as testing and establishing governance and processes to support the solution go live and launch for deployment.

During this stage our team will prepare the activities and tasks required for deployment into production environments. This includes architecture review and approval board meetings, and documentation release approvals.

Shift from UAT to production environments, with updated backlog items documented through the release notes, shared with the customers.

We ensure that all software we build can be supported by both the customer and or ourselves. With a variety of support options available we ensure that we continue to maintain, upgrade, update the applications, on a regular release basis.

Support options include day to day (operational) support or pre-purchased days across a year, for draw down pending if the customer requires SLA response or resolution times.
